As
President, Global Operations for Teleglobe, Stu was brought
in by Bell Canada to turn around a faltering operations team
and redesign network assets. Stu implemented new processes
and built a global network in less than 18 months. The global

with bridged autonomous systems.

As,
the Founder, CEO and President of Bell Atlantic Global Networks,
Stu built the infrastructure that would expedite Bell Atlantic’s
entry in the long distance market. The network and associated
OSS, NOC and maintenance systems were designed and built from
scratch within a year. To minimize capital expenditures, the
long distance network was built to gracefully evolve and scale
as each new state received FCC approval. Prior to heading up
bell atlantic Global Networks, Stu
was the Chief Engineer for
all of Bell Atlantic.
