Mr. Boehmler
has held various senior level positions in telecommunications and
Internet companies. Functional disciplines include engineering,
network planning, force planning, construction, financial management,
and marketing operations. Brad has extensive experience building
and maintaining some of the world’s largest and most complicated
network infrastructures from Internet, local and long distance
telephony to cable television.

As Vice President of Globix
Corporation, Brad built out the core Globix network infrastructure
and reduced provisioning intervals from 75 days down to 10 days.

As
Vice President of Verizon Global Networks, Inc., Brad planned
and managed the implementation of the network infrastructure
and back office operations to support Verizon’s quest to
be the first RBOC to enter the long distance market.

As
Executive Director of Bell Atlantic’s Capital Management,
Brad developed a comprehensive forecasting and optimization
model to better manage the $2 billion annual capital expenditure
program.

As
General Manager of Operations for Bell Atlantic’s Washington,
D.C. Company, he had profit and loss responsibility for the
district’s first Cable TV operation and pioneered improved
disaster recovery and prevention techniques for telephony customers
with the implementation of one of the Nation’s first
ring architectures.

Brad
offers CMP clients a disciplined approach to optimizing capital
assets and expenditures including proven processes for building,
maintaining and monitoring of infrastructures. Boehmler received
a BA in Economics from the College of William and Mary. He
has also graduated from the Advanced Management Program at
Duke University and the Executive Leadership Program at the
Wharton School of Business.
Brad helped establish the Capital Commitment, Inc, a Washington,
DC not-for-profit that provides welfare recipients specialized
training in telecommunications and life skills and then assists
them in finding positions within the telecom industry. The organization
has graduated more than 1,000 students over the past 10 years.
He served as Chairman from 1996 – 1999 and is still an active
Board member. |
