Mr. Smith has held a variety of senior level positions in Telecommunications, Managed Services and Internet companies for over 25 years. His primary functional disciplines include Enterprise Consultive Sales and Marketing, Strategic Planning and Product Development, and Project Leadership. He has negotiated international settlement arrangements for over 108 countries and territories in South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean.

As a Managing Director of Debit Connect, Mr. Smith capitalized on his strong sales, business development and multi-business experiences by starting this multi-industry company. The consulting portion of the company is in the outsourcing of telecommunications services, asset optimization, multi-vendor engineering, installation, maintenance and security assessments, all parts of the businesses have been process improved in such a way as to make them self-sufficient.

As Vice President of Network & Alternate Channel Sales for the Globix Corporation, Quincy drove the sales pipeline in a new unit from zero to in excess of $23M within six months.

As a Sr. Executive for various start-ups during the era, Mr. Smith assisted in the transformation of a traditional utility business into a CLEC, he successfully negotiated contracts between ISP (first free internet service) and advertisers that included Coca-Cola, the entertainment community and multiple major banks and led a BLEC that ran cable through the risers of large office buildings and sold ancillary products to its tenants.

As AT&T Divisional Manger Mr. Smith held full P&L responsibility for $350M budget and 1,700 employees in consumer and business markets for direct dial domestic and international businesses.
Quincy offers CMP clients a broad set of experiences in multiple disciplines in domestic and international markets with large, start up and entrepreneurial environments. Mr. Smith received a dual BA in Mass Media/Urban Communications and Journalism from Rutgers University. He is a graduate from the Advanced Management Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill(The Center for Creative Leadership) and the Advanced Executive Leadership ‘2000’ Program at the Brookings Institution.

His charitable, business and professional involvement include Board members for NBUF, Exigent Global, and Amber Alert, volunteering for UNCF and BEEP, and being a business advisor for INROADS. He is well traveled and enjoys sports.
